Billy Goat Hill Brasserie believes in healthy food, healthy planet, healthy community. This ranges from the use of fair trade, organic coffee, free range eggs, organic soy, seasonal produce and local meats through to the recycled toilet paper and environmentally friendly toilet cleaner (we hasten to add not used in the kitchen).  

Trading Hours for 2013:

Thursday to Sunday from 8am for breakfast through to last orders at 9pm for dinner  

Closed Monday - Wednesday, however group bookings and functions available
