The area was named Billygoat Hill after a story of a Swiss man who disappeared who had goats that lived on the hill. Billygoat Hill became one of the areas that creates today's Mount Evelyn.
The Food - Coming from a horticultural background, head chef Reuben combines his passions for nature, science and food in constructing the seasonal menus for BGH using the highest quality, local ingredients.
